In partnership with the Garden Grove City, and funded by the city’s Emergency Solutions Grants Program, we are pleased to utilize our Community C.A.R.E. Champions to lead and support the Garden Grove City’s Street Outreach Program. We are also proud to partner with the Garden Grove Police Department’s Special Resource Team (SRT) to provide Street Outreach to individuals who are homeless. Street Outreach activities include: Engagement, Case Management, Emergency Health Services, Emergency Mental Health Services and Transportation. Moving Forward Psychological Institute, Inc, is one of several Homeless Resources Garden Grove City has available for its residents in our collective efforts to prevent and address homelessness.
